Casafrassi is an 18th century villa located in a panoramic aerea in the heart of Chianti between Siena and Castellina. Today, Casafrassi, has been restored to its original style as an attractive four stars hotel.

It has 25 rooms in two separated buildings; some rooms are in the main Villa while some others are in the former Guest-House. All the rooms are with bath or shower facilities. The structure includes a restaurant, a conference room, a lift, air conditioning, and direct-dial telephones. A swimming pool and a tennis court, which are surrounded by the splendid colours of the local countryside, are situated nearby the park. Casafrassi is 10 km. far from Siena and not far from other important and nice towns in Tuscany, such as San Gimignano, Volterra, Pisa, Cortona, etc. Casafrassi will make you enjoy a relaxing and original holiday.

By Car
- The hotel casafrassi and the agriturism CASAFRASSI are situated along the Chiantigiana roadway (S.S. 222), about 10 Km. far from Siena and 7 Km. from Castellina in Chianti.

- If you are coming from Siena, you have to take the S.S.222 direction Castellina in Chianti, pass through a little village called Quercegrossa, after about 1 km, you have to take the way in the right, and go straight on untill the top of the hill, where Casafrassi hotel is situated.

- If you are coming from Florence, at the exit Firenze Certosa, you have to take the motorway Firenze-Siena and leave it at San Donato. Then follow the signs to go to Castellina in Chianti, and when in Castellina, go towards Siena. After about 6 km, you will see a village called Fonterutoli. Pass through the village and after 1 km take the dirt road on the left side, where the sign of Casafrassi is.

By Air
- The nearest international airport is the Amerigo Vespucci in Florence, whose airlines are connected to the main European airports.

By Train
- The nearest railway stations are in Siena or in Florence; these ones are connected to the other main Italian stations.

By Bus
- It is possible to get to Casafrassi hotel  by bus (SITA): it takes one hour from Florence (bus station: Santa Maria Novella), while it takes 20 mins from (bus station: San Domenico) in about 20 minutes.

Tipical Goods of Casafrassi (wine and Olive oil ecc.): Chianti Classico DOCG wine, Table wine, Grappa and Olive-oil are sold here in Casafrassi. All the available products come from farm's vineyard and olive-grove, as garanty of high quality. 

Hotel Casafrassi offers typical tuscany dishes, taking care in the origin of food, infact most part of raw materials come from our farm, such as the olive-oil, the red and the white wine, the pork meat and other products (ham, salame, and so on). The menu of the restaurant is various andsatisfies every taste. In summer meals are served also in our large garden and, on request, light-lunches can be served near the swimming-pool.
